So... I did not expect that from Adam Lambert.
I was a total fan of his since his time on American Idol because of his amazing voice and ability to make any song his own, but now he's making a totally different impression on people.
For those of you who did not catch the AMA's, Adam's performance basically consisted of outrageous moves such as rubbing a guys face in his crotch, and kissing a male member of his band. Afterward when he was questioned about it he said that if it's ok for women to do it, why can't he?

Over the years dance has become one of my main topics of interest, especially with the rising popularity of shows such as So You Think You Can Dance, America’s Best Dance Crew, Dancing with the Stars and Triple Sensation. Although I am not dancer myself ( but I shall be taking classes in the new year) I truly have come to appreciate the art of dance, the amazing creativity of every dancer, and the dedication and hard work it takes to be one. These shows have raised the platform for dancers and have made people come to understand their work.

When will this Disney takeover ever stop!
I dont know about you but I'm tired of hearing about the Jonas brothers,and what twenty year old Miley Cyrus is dating now. Some of them are reasonable role models for children, but its time the spotlight was given back to really talented people who deserve it.Miley for one has gone overboard with her celebrity status, releasing an auto biography... What could she possibly have to say????

Incase you havent noticed (although that's highly unlikely) vampires are the new "It" thing amongst teens. It started with Dracula and Nosferatu,but back in that day vampires were considered incredibly horrifying - not potential boyfriends. Even Anne Rice's novel "The Interview with the Vampire" (which was later brought to screen with the two main characters played by the rather handsome actors, Tom Cruise and Brad Pit) had some realistic elements to it considering the time era, and made the reader believe the true danger of such creatures existing.

So for those of you who have not yet started to watch Modern family, get cracking! The new comedy about three families and the small problems that arise as they learn to except each others flaws, and differences takes on the same type of humor as The Office, another brilliantly executed show. After watching just one episode I was drawn in, even my mother, a hard critic, found the sitcom hilarious. I have now told everyone I know to watch this show, so don't miss it this Wednesday at 8 on abc !

I must admit, when the show first started, I never missed an episode. I followed the first two seasons like the best of fans. But then the show got to me - it started to feel repetitive, and slightly boring, so I quit cold turkey.

One of the questions posed to me was “do these shows reinforce the societal stereotypes about overweight people?”

Yesterday it was announced that Paula Abdul would not be returning to American Idol for season 9. Personally I'm not all that saddened. True, it might not be the same without her babbling critiques, but in all honesty, I like Kara Dioguardi better. After 8 consecutive years, hearing the same old mush about every contestant gets old. I understand that you’re in love with them all Paula. I get it, really.
