Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups black rice flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 400 mL coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons ghee (or butter as a substitution)
- Slivered almonds
Method
- Mix the flour, sugar, cream and ghee in a microwave safe bowl.
- Cook on high for 8 minutes.
- Stir.
- Cook on high for 8 minutes.
- Add slivered almonds.
- Stir.
- Cook on high for 8 minutes, until it becomes like a sticky ball.
- Smooth out onto a greased dish, garnish with almonds, and let cool.
